M-w kills Terminal.app no more - if you use Emacs in a window and foolishly expect to be able to hit M-w to copy some text, or M-q to re-fill a paragraph, you’ve probably ended up cursing at the screen when your terminal window (or windows in the latter case) all suddenly vanish.
